Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Affordable Therapy Therapist
Hi, I’m Nayera. I’m a student therapist at Endless Therapy Lounge, and I support people who are trying to make sense of anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, or big changes in their lives. When things feel off or overwhelming, it can be hard to know where to turn. Therapy can be a place to talk things through, better understand what you’re feeling, and begin making changes that feel meaningful and lasting.
My approach is warm and collaborative, grounded in a psychodynamic perspective. Together, we explore how your past experiences and relationships influence how you show up today. This helps bring clarity to patterns that feel stuck and creates space for change that feels more aligned with who you are.
Having moved countries and navigated major life transitions myself, I understand how unsettling change can be. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to carry everything by yourself, where you can be honest, feel supported, and take steps toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy
Psychotherapy felt like a natural path for me through my own journey of understanding identity, self-worth, and the impact of life transitions. Learning to make sense of my inner world helped me feel more grounded and live in a way that felt more authentic and aligned with who I am.
I chose this work because I believe people grow when they feel heard and supported. Having space to understand yourself, express your needs, and relate to others with compassion can ease distress and open the door to meaningful change.

A Peek into Your Session
In our sessions, I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, without filters or pressure to say the “right” thing. Therapy with me is collaborative and guided by curiosity. Together, we explore your inner world, the patterns that show up in your life, and what your mind and body may be trying to communicate.
We move at your pace, taking time to understand what feels important to you while setting goals that feel meaningful and realistic. My hope is to support greater self-understanding and explore ways of meeting your needs that feel authentic and sustainable.
More about Nayera
My cat’s morning routine - yawning, purring, and claiming my chest as her throne - brings me joy every day.
Spending time in nature, especially people-watching in parks, helps me slow down and feel grounded.
On cold days, I love board game nights with my best friend and our deep, late-night conversations.
I’m a night owl who feels most at peace when the world is quiet.
I’m currently reading The Worry Trap by Chad Lejeune and Metaphors in Therapy by Sarah E. Stewart-Spencer.
“Holding space” means being present without rushing, fixing, or judging - just letting someone be.
I’d love to visit Thailand for its nature and to see elephants in a cruelty-free sanctuary.
Sweet snacks are my weakness - especially Lotus Tres Leches cake, which has become a weekly ritual.
