Nayera Elbakary

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Student Therapist

Hi, I’m Nayera. I’m a student therapist at Endless Therapy Lounge. Growing up across different countries shaped how I see identity, belonging, and the importance of having space to explore who you are. I know what it’s like to feel caught between cultures and to question where you truly fit. That’s what led me to this work and why I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life transitions, relationship dynamics, cultural identity, or moments when your sense of self feels uncertain. My style is warm and collaborative, grounded in curiosity and care. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and connection to what matters most to you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. We can start from wherever you are - messy thoughts, mixed emotions, or simply needing a safe space to land.

I Speak Arabic and English!

Psychotherapy feels like a natural path for me because of my own journey with navigating identity, self-worth, and cultural conflict. Through therapy, education, and lived experiences, I’ve learned how to connect with my values, set boundaries, and feel more grounded in who I am. I chose this work to support others as they explore their inner worlds and learn to embrace their most authentic selves.

my why

A Peek into Your Session

In our sessions, you can expect a calm and supportive space where you feel safe to be open, vulnerable, and fully yourself. I take a collaborative approach - grounded in curiosity, cultural awareness, and care - while gently guiding the process with structure. Some sessions may feel lighter, while others may feel heavier, but over time, my hope is that you’ll feel more grounded, self-aware, and connected to your personal growth.

More about Nayera

  • My cat’s morning routine - yawning, purring, and claiming my chest as her throne - brings me joy every day.

  • Spending time in nature, especially people-watching in parks, helps me slow down and feel grounded.

  • On cold days, I love board game nights with my best friend and our deep, late-night conversations.

  • I’m a night owl who feels most at peace when the world is quiet.

  • I’m currently reading The Worry Trap by Chad Lejeune and Metaphors in Therapy by Sarah E. Stewart-Spencer.

  • “Holding space” means being present without rushing, fixing, or judging - just letting someone be.

  • I’d love to visit Thailand for its nature and to see elephants in a cruelty-free sanctuary.

  • Sweet snacks are my weakness - especially Lotus Tres Leches cake, which has become a weekly ritual.
