Welcome to ETL’s Affordable Therapy Program

Therapy That’s Warm, Accessible, and Affordable

Because Everyone Deserves Therapy

We believe mental health care should never feel out of reach. At Endless Therapy Lounge, our Affordable Therapy Program offers sessions with compassionate student therapists - Master’s - level students completing their graduate training and holding ‘Qualifying’ status with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Each student therapist is closely supervised by an experienced clinical supervisor and supported by me, Wafa Naseem, RP & Clinical Director, to ensure you receive safe, high-quality, and client-centred care.

What is Affordable Therapy?

Affordable therapy offers the opportunity to work with caring, skilled therapists-in-training for an individual virtual session at $90 per session. These students bring fresh perspectives, modern techniques, and the same dedication to your healing journey as a fully registered therapist. Because they are practicing under supervision, you can feel confident knowing their work is carefully guided to meet the highest standards.

We know that finances can still feel like a barrier, even with our reduced rate. If this is the case for you, reach out to us - we keep a small number of sliding scale spots available to ensure therapy remains accessible when it’s needed most.

Why We Offer This Program

I know how intimidating therapy costs can feel, especially when life already feels heavy. Our Affordable Therapy Program was created to remove that barrier - so you can focus on your growth, healing, and mental well-being without added financial stress.

Your Questions, Answered.

  • Yes - they hold Qualifying status with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), meaning they are legally allowed to practice psychotherapy under supervision.

  • Sessions are closely supervised by an experienced external clinical supervisor and supported by me, Wafa Naseem, RP. You’ll receive the same confidentiality, care, and compassion - the main difference is the reduced rate while they complete their practicum training.

  • Individual therapy sessions with our student therapists are $90 for 50 minutes. Couples therapy sessions are $110 for 50 minutes.

  • Yes - because student therapists with Qualifying status practice under clinical supervision, most insurance providers treat their services like those of registered professionals. This means coverage is typically eligible. To be safe, you can provide your provider with the therapist’s CRPO registration number and ask:

“Is my plan able to reimburse me for a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist working under clinical supervision?”

  • Absolutely. Student therapists follow the same ethical and privacy standards as fully registered therapists and maintain confidentiality at all times.
