Zahra Hamad
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Affordable Therapy Therapist
Hi, I'm Zahra! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my practicum at Endless Therapy Lounge. Like many, I've faced my own mental health challenges, so I understand how overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain life can feel.
I aim to offer a calm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring what matters most, approaching therapy with curiosity, compassion, empowerment, and cultural sensitivity.
I love supporting clients through life's ups and downs - whether it's anxiety, burnout, self-esteem, cultural identity, or big life transitions. I hold a soft spot for first-generation individuals and anyone balancing multiple identities.
Outside of therapy, you'll find me enjoying peaceful nature walks, iced coffee, new restaurants/cafes, baking goodies, or time with family.
I Speak Dari and English!

I’ve always been the person others turned to for understanding and support, even as a child. Over time, I realized this wasn’t just something I did - it was my calling. My own journey with self-acceptance, belonging, and navigating cultural and societal expectations taught me how deeply these challenges shape our well-being. Supporting others and witnessing even small steps toward meaningful change is incredibly rewarding. Whether it’s embracing who you are, setting boundaries, or finding what truly feels right for you, we’ll walk that path together.

A Peek into Your Session
In our sessions, my goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel safe to share openly and explore what truly matters to you. Together, we'll focus on understanding your experiences and finding supportive ways to move toward your goals and well-being. Each session is guided by curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, tailored to meet you where you are. My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and reassured as you navigate meaningful changes in your life.
