Zahra Hamad

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Affordable Therapy Therapist

Hi, I’m Zahra! I’m a student therapist at Endless Therapy Lounge. Mental health challenges are something we all experience in one way or another throughout our lives, and through my own experiences of navigating my identity, I understand how overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain things can feel, especially when you’re trying to make sense of it all on your own.

My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can show up as yourself and explore what matters most to you. I take a collaborative and authentic approach to therapy, building genuine connections that support the real, sometimes messy work of healing, all while honouring empowerment and cultural sensitivity.

I am particularly drawn to supporting clients through life’s ups and downs, including working through trauma, navigating anxiety, building self-esteem, moving through burnout, and exploring relationship concerns or major life transitions. I hold a special place in my work for girls and women navigating trauma and carrying the quiet weight of anxiety.

Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me enjoying peaceful nature walks, sipping iced coffee, exploring new cafés and restaurants, baking sweet treats, or spending time with family.

I Speak Dari and English!

I’ve always been someone others turned to for understanding and support, even from a young age. Over time, I realized this wasn’t just something I did - it was something deeply meaningful to me. Through both education and my own journey with self-acceptance, I’ve learned just how deeply these experiences shape our well-being.

While the journey of healing isn’t always easy, having someone by your side through each step - gaining clarity, feeling understood, and normalizing your experiences - can be powerful and transformative. Whether it’s embracing who you are, setting boundaries, or discovering what truly feels right for you, I’m here to walk alongside you.

A Peek into Your Session

In our sessions, my goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel safe to share openly and explore what truly matters to you, even when that means sitting with uneasy feelings or being fully vulnerable. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your experiences and finding compassionate ways to move toward your goals and well-being. Each session is guided by curiosity, empathy, and collaboration, tailored to meet you where you are. My hope is that you leave feeling seen, grounded, and supported as you navigate meaningful changes in your life.
